The children we care for may have experienced difficult times and can need a lot of patience, understanding and reassurance. The work can be challenging. We’re looking for people who can stay calm, set clear boundaries and keep showing up for children, including on the harder days.

You’ll be part of everyday life in the home: cooking meals, supporting school routines, planning activities and spending time together. Building trust takes time, and the small things you do consistently can make a real difference.

Experience is welcome, and a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare is preferred, but neither is essential to get in touch. A caring disposition, willingness to learn and commitment to working as part of a team matter to us.
